Ordering Process

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may refuse at our discretion. Once we accept your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email.

For custom products, accurate measurements are essential. If you choose to provide your own measurements, you are responsible for their accuracy. We offer professional measurement services for an additional fee, and we guarantee the fit of products measured by our technicians.

Production times vary depending on product type, complexity, and current order volume. Estimated production times will be provided at the time of order confirmation. These estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods including major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment terms are as follows:

Standard orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order, with the balance due before delivery or installation
Orders under $500 require full payment at the time of order
Commercial projects may be eligible for customized payment terms upon credit approval

All prices are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your order.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery options and costs will be provided during the ordering process. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If you have ordered professional installation, our installers will contact you to schedule an appointment once your products are ready. You are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the installation areas. Any additional work required due to site conditions may incur additional charges.

Warranty

Shimvorndhexur provides warranties on our products as follows:

Blinds and shades: 5-year warranty on mechanisms and hardware, 2-year warranty on fabrics and materials
Curtains and drapery: 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects
Motorization systems: Warranty per manufacturer specifications, typically 5 years

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation (by others), normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme conditions, or accidents. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photos of the defect.

Intellectual Property
